Description

This collection was produced by Cheryl Beer who has been making friends with Betti Williams at Gwalia Plas Y Mor Day Centre, Burry Port, sharing her life memories as a singer. Cheryl recorded their chats as Betti and her family kindly gave their permission for Betti's story to become part of the 'Developing Evidence Enriched Practice' (DEEP) Programme for the All Wales Academic Social Care Research Collaboration... which aims to seek out and establish best practice in terms of working with the older community, kindly funded by Joseph Rowntree Foundation & Gwalia Housing TrusT
