About
The National Library’s exhibition service produces exciting, high quality public programmes, which include permanent and temporary exhibitions and associated educational and presentational activities. Through displaying and interpreting a variety of items we aim to reflect the Library’s collections and the cultural heritage of Wales.
The Library houses a number of exhibition spaces, including the Gregynog Gallery, which can boast the accolade of Wales’ largest gallery and Hengwrt, a purpose built space to show pre-1800 items, all of which enable us to showcase the collections in a contemporary, relevant and imaginative way and to share the treasures with as large an audience as possible.
