Rhai o aelodau’r Gangen yn y ‘Ffair Siarter’ ym 1989. Gwelwn: Mabel Thomas, Gwyneth Thomas, Mary Thomas, Brenda Williams, Gwyneth Davies, Gwladys Roberts ac Elizabeth Thomas. Y ‘Ffair Siarter’ oedd ffair fawr a sefydlwyd o dan Siarter Frenhinol. Darganfyddwyd fod siarter o’r fath yn bodoli i Llanrhaeadr o’r trydydd ganrif ar ddeg. Felly, cynhalwyd ‘Ffair Siarter’ yno gyda stondin Merched y Wawr ym 1985 (thema ‘Canol oesol’) a 1989 (thema ‘Bals ar Gymru).
