Our mission at People's Collection Wales (PCW) extends beyond preserving history. We want to share genuine, inclusive stories. Our push for decolonisation touches on issues beyond just race. It's about confronting biases like sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, religious intolerance, classism, and more.

Decolonisation isn't about rewriting history but presenting it in context and with transparency. We want to ensure every voice and story finds its place in our collection.
