Barry Garden Suburb
Barry Garden Surburb, located in the west of the town is an area of housing developed in the 1910s and 1920s as part of the 'houses fit for heroes' initiative after the First World War. Inspired by the 'Garden City' movement, it incorporates green spaces, including open spaces, trees and sea views.
