Keryn Dodd
Earliest memories are seeing children's programmes at friends' homes. Remembers a school task where she had to write about her favourite TV programme, she had only seen Andy Pandy at that time. After 6th form began watching more television. Watched the Coronation in a shop window, didn't stay there long but understood the significance. Watched the Investiture, read detail in the Daily Post but didn't receive Welsh television so only saw the British perspective. She would watch all the rugby games in the 70s, would be invited to watch on landlady's colour television. She didn't see the debates about Devolution because of a lack of Welsh programmes, knew she didn't approve of Devolution because of the area's close link with Liverpool and adjoining English areas. Feels that the geography of Wales means that the North is neglected.
