The Godsal family in the First World War

This is a collection of items relating to the family Godsal that were digitised at the Flintshire Record Office as part of a project ‘The Welsh Experience of the First World War’.

This collection of articles provides insight into the lives of three children of the family who served in the Great War, Commander Alfred Godsal, Major Walter Hugh Godsal and Captain Philip Godsal, all the sons of Major Philp Thomas Godsal and Ellen Hennrietta Godsal of Iscoed Park, Whitchurch.
