Jack Maesllyn lived with his brother Dai (carpenter and undertaker). This photo was taken before the new pavements were installed around 1978. They lived opposite my grandparents small farm (Gwastod) in Llanon. In those days, communities were very much closer and friendly (in my view). I lived next door in Penllyn!
