Neath Borough Police
Description
Police Constable no.5 Edward Charles Devereux and another (as yet unidentified) Constable of the former Neath Borough Police.
Devereux was born in Resolven in the Vale of Neath. He joined the Neath Borough police in 1906 and retired on pension in 1933 holding the rank of Sergeant.

P.C. 16 is almost certainly David Jones who was in the Neath Borough Police from 1907 and still there in the 1920s. Both officers did war service.
