It might be the church which previously stood on the site now occupied by St Tysilio's Church on Church Island near Menai Bridge.
It was once a chapel of ease belonging to St Mary’s church, Llanfair Pwyllgwyngyll.
It was demolished in 1852. It was unusual amongst Anglesey churches in that the east wall of the chancel had an apse. Which might explain the curved wall seen in the image.
If you draw a line East to West across Church island (the normal orientation of a church), then looking from the Eastern end Plasnewydd would appear to the left of the building, in a roughly South-West direction. Which seems to align with the orientation in the image.
