Description
A black and white photograph of the Mayor of Cowbridge, David Watts, presenting Robes to his fellow Councillors. Alderman Mrs. Tilly, who became Mayor at a later date is standing third from the left. Mr. Williams, landlord of Bear Hotel is also present. It is rare photograph as the small house in background has since been demolished. The group are standing in front of the YMCA.
