This load has been brought in on a trailer, Bert Prothero is pitching up, Dai Jones on the drum. You can see the exposed drive belt from the tractor, and from the same extended pulley on the drum shaft, the second long belt to drive the baler, out of sight. Legal then but no longer! We were just taught to be careful.
