Senior Friends gradually evolved into Tuesday Lunch Club, or TLC as it is better known. Still focused on the elderly it is a valuable way to bring people together, keep loneliness at bay and make new friends. Singing with both young and the elderly has always taken place at Community House. The benefits of singing for keeping ourselves healthy is now widely proven.
