Description

A very rare 1" tunic button of the former Bute Dock Police. Bute Dock Police was a small police force responsible for policing Bute Docks, in Cardiff. The force was formed in 1858. In 1922, it was merged into the Great Western Railway Police. Part of the Ross Mather Police Memorabilia of Wales Collection.
