Description

Mr Verdun came to the area as an evacuee, he then served in the army during WWII and in 1961 he returned to Llanddewi and got work with the Forestry Commission. We talked of his working life, the gang, tools, and his life in the community. On the last track his partner, Muriel Ellis recounts her time as an evacuee from Liverpool.
