This photograph shows the same operation as the previous shot of 4177, British Railways Standard 2-6-2T 82003 has been uncoupled from its train and is returning to the other end prior to shunting the train into the opposite platform ready for departure towards Cardiff. The disc BE on the locomotive indicates this duty is worked by a locomotive from Barry Loco Shed.
