Description
One of a series of photographs recording the curious 'Perambulation of the Boundaries of the Borough of Welshpool', which took place over four days in September, 1906. A different section of the borough boundary was walked on each day, and it seems to have attracted a wide cross section of townspeople and involved picnic stops and games.
