Description

Rhyl Urban District Council at the official opening of the Promenade extension.
In the 1901 census Robert Foulkes Hughes was living at 6, Kinmel Street, Rhyl.(Land and Engineering Surveyor). His brother Richard Edward Hughes was living at 10, Abbey Street at the time.(Architect and Surveyor)
