Description

A pair of images recording the opening of the new Town Hall in Llanidloes on Easter Monday, 1908. The top picture shows a military band and soldiers parading with fixed bayonets. Below is the crowded scene in Great Oak Street, with flags and bunting flying. The building was given to the town by David Davies of Plasdinam.
