Description

A mock up of the interior of the ship to depict the cabin conditions the emigrants might have endured when crossing the Atlantic voyaging from Cardigan to New Brunswick in Canada. The mock up was constructed with the help of carpentry students from Coleg Ceredigion under the tutelage of their tutor Ben James with input from Nick Newland. Exhibition panels feature the Ballad of the Albion and photos from the Tom Mathias collection.
