David Jenkins and family, Waunmarlog, Newcastle Emlyn, 1890.
Description
Starting as a weaver in the building on the right (Waunmarlog), David sold some of his land to the GWR and built the house on the left as the Railway Temperance Hotel (now called Melrose). He is pictured (2nd from left) with his wife Elizabeth and nine of their ten children. The man second from the right is believed to be David's father, John.
