Aberystwyth Marina and Council Pontoon 1994-1995. The Marina was further extended to accommodate more pontoons. The Council Pontoon was built to re-berth the boats that were previously moored on the mud flats and the river bed moorings and also to accommodate local boat owners. Fishing trips regularly leave the harbour during the summer months. The harbour also caters for full-time fishermen.
