1958.05.03 Last Passenger Train

Description

Nantymoel Railway Station on the day it closed May 3rd 1958. On August 1st 1865, the Ogmore Valley Railway opened for mineral, goods and passenger traffic which enabled the development of the vast reserves of high quality house coals and dry steam coals to begin.
