Certificate appointing N. Lloyd Williams to Submarine Lieutenant in the RNR, dated 8 January 1917.
This item belonged to Norman Lloyd-Williams who served on HMS Mantua in 1917. The item was brought to the attention of the U-Boat Project 1914-18 by his son Walter Lloyd-Williams, Holyhead, who kindly allowed us to share it.
