Yn ystod y Rhyfel Byd Cyntaf 'roedd carcharorion morwyr tanfor Almaenig yn gweithio a'r stad Bryn Llowarch yn torri a casglu coed. 'Roedd ganddynt locomotif fach Kerr- Stuart 0-4-0 dosbarth "Sirdar". Ar ol i'r rhyfel orffen mi fi contractwyr yn gweithio ar y stad, a roedd ganddynt yn ychwanegol locomotif 0-6-0 Kerr- Stuart , a hefyd Baguley tractor ( locomotif) petrol, rhif 777.Dyma lun o'r ddwy locomotif ager yng ngorsaf Kerry.
During the First World War German submariners were prisoners of war and were camped locally to harvest the timber from the Bryn Llywarch estate. To aid them they had use of a 2 foot gauge tramway laid on the course of the Kerry tramway. they also used Kerr stuart )0-4-0 locomotive.After the war contractors took over and additionally used a Kerr-Stuart 0-6-0 locomotive. they also used a Baguley petrol "tractor" 777. This photgraph shows the two stem locomotives at Kerry station.
