Description

Funeral order of service for Doris Bilton Lickes 1903-1998. She was headmistress of Dr Williams' School, Dolgellau from 1946-1969.

This is the Service of Thanksgiving timed to coincide with the annual Old Girls Association meeting in St. Mary's Dolgellau. The service was led by The Venerable Wallis Thomas who knew Miss Lickes well. Miss Lickes' actual funeral was held earlier in the year at St. Illtyd's Church, Llanelltyd where she is buried.
