Description

Booklet for the Holocaust Memorial Day Prayers held at St Woolos Cathedral in Newport on 27 January 2006. It includes a reading from the Mayor of Newport.

The Cathedral Church of St. Woolos, King & Confessor is located in Newport and dates back to the 6th Century. A plaque in the churchyard commemorates the Chartist rebellion that took place in 1839. It is a place of pilgrimage for political and industrial historians.
