Stage performance at one of our many Brecon Jazz Festival appearances. Flutist Jenny remembers: This was my first Brecon with Wonderbrass I remember camping, brandy, dancing in the mud, doing my first solo and the enormous audience! King Django played with us and I think we started a song badly and had to stop and restart it. Fran Dimech, Anna Rogers and I translated one of Django's songs (Friend) into Welsh (Ffrind) and sang it dreadfully'. Flutist Caz also remembers of this gig that 'We started Buddy Bolden badly because the stage was so wide and we couldn't hear the players at the other end'
