Fluid preserved Crocodile (Crocodylus sp.) egg
Description
The temperature at which the egg is incubated determines whether it’s a boy or a girl with crocodiles; anything below 30C and it’s a girl.
This specimen was on display as part of our exhibition *Dinosaur Babies* at Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales.
