A 1930's photograph of four Constables of the Glamorgan Constabulary. All for are members of the force 'E' or Barry Dock Division.
The Constable standing on the left is James Emrys Williams, much loved Great Uncle of the photograph owner Mary Williams.
Emrys was born in Ceredigion in 1901.
