Pinnace card for Arthur Foxall at Merthyr Town FC during the 1921/22 season. Foxall was born in Halesown on 27th May 1897. His first club was Blackheath. He was an Inside-Left who signed for Merthyr Town from Pontypridd in May 1921. He made 23 appearances with 5 goals for Merthyr Town before joining Watford during September 1923. Foxall made only 3 appearances for the Vicarage Road club and scored 1 goal. He was at Portsmouth in 1924 but only managed 1 appearance before ending his career at Kidderminster Harriers. Arthur Foxall died in 1980.
