Description

A menu for a Victory Celebration dinner held for RAF pilots on the 38 Sqaudron at the end of World War 2. The menu has signatures from other people in the sqaudron. RAF Station LUQA was in Malta.

This belonged to my Grandfather, H.G. Lucas, from Porthcawl, South Wales. He was a bomber in the RAF in World War 2.

This item was contributed by a student from St Joseph's Roman Catholic High School, Newport, as part of a project on War and Remembrance.
