An extraordinary survivor, left for Forestry Commission use when the Hendreddu mill was demolished in 1946. The remains of the tramway weighbridge are still there on the far side of the house. The tramway from the mill to the head of the exit incline has been reused for the forestry road that curves away in the distance.
