Description
John Jones was a postman in Ceinws Esgairgeiliog village in the 1920s and after a nourishing breakfast of OXO would walk up the valley, delivering the mail to all the farms every day. Being on foot meant he did not have to stick to the roads, however he made good use of all the network of footpaths crisscrossing the mountainsides. Some were even called postman's paths but all were created to fulfill a legitimate working need.
