Llantwit Major, Tresilian House
Description
Thomas Morgan, a London builder, leased the land from the St Donats estate with the idea of building a small port to export limestone. The house was the only part of the plan completed. After his death, his wife ran it as an hotel where the gentry stayed for the sea-bathing. It was subsequently a home to several of the Nicholl and Nicholl-Carne families.
