Description

The ruin at the west end of St Illtud's church included a chantry chapel endowed by the Raglan family, where prayers for their souls were said by a priest who lived in this house in the corner of the churchyard. Chantry property was sold off in 1536 and it was used for a variety of activities including a smithy. It suffered bomb damage in WWII and now acts as a garden of rest.
