Paulette, who are your Pelosi ancestors from Picinisco. Mine are Giuseppe Pelosi and Nicolina DiCiacca. Their daughter Lucia is my grandmother.

Hi John, I was given your name and Comment. I recall you got in touch, some years ago and I couldn't find a 'direct link' in our families. My Paternal Grandfather was Giuseppe Pelosi, born Picinisco 12.8.1882. He married my Grandmother, Maria Carmela Di Marco (also of Picinisco) born 21.4.1887. In 1907, they married, in Picinisco and emigrated to Ystrad, Rhondda, south Wales. I have just looked for evidence of the Di Ciacca surname in my family, as in yours. My Paternal Great-Grandfather, Antonino Pelosi, 1850-1927, Picinisco was married to a Maria Teresa Capaldi...her parents were Apollonia and Loreto Di CIACCA. There was also a Loreto DI CIACCA, born 1794 - a Giuseppe DI CIACCA , married in Picinisco 1793 and there was a Domenico DI CIACCA after those years. Sorry, my information is limited - I did have all the fine details on a special GEDCOM file which I lost from my computer, some years ago. Luckily, I have a lot of Genealogy printed-out notes . Best wishes, Paulette.
