Description
Evan Jenkins agrees to sell his smallholding in the Upper Valley (Dyffryn Uchaf), on the northern side of the Chubut Valley, for £265. He also agrees to transfer every certificate, and to sign any certificate or deeds in order to secure new deeds in the name of Abraham Matthews, or his representative.
