The 'Aberystwyth Official Guide and Souvenir' published by Aberystwyth Corporation in 1924 includes a map showing two garages on Queens Road- this being the one next door to the Morlan Centre. The guide contains an advert for the Aberystwyth Motor Co (proprietor W A Bullock) agents for Austin, Standard and Overland cars. The company were official repairers for the AA, RAC and MU.G20
