Keith Murdoch in the line-out, Wales vs New Zealand, Cardiff Arms Park, 2 December 1972
Description
Wales lost the match to the visiting All Blacks. The final score was 19-16.
Keith Murdoch scored a try in the match but he was later expelled from the tour for his involvement in an incident with a security guard at the Angel Hotel in Cardiff that evening. His departure from the tour brought his career to a premature end; he withdrew from rugby both on the provincial and international level, and chose to spend the rest of his life in the Australian outback.
