The 'Aberystwyth Official Guide and Souvenir' published by the Aberystwyth Corporation in 1924 includes an advert for Moss at this location. The shop sold fresh butter daily, jams and canned good, always fresh and good. They also sold home cured hams and bacon. Their claim for the prices charged were the equivalent of the largest markets in the kingdom. The shop is now part of the Lord Beeching's pub.
