A photograph taken from a newspaper cutting. It records a visit to Cardiff Prison in 1938, (exact date not known) by the Lord Mayor of Cardiff Alderman O.C. Purnell and others. Also in the photograph, second from the right is Mr. Gilbert Hair, Prison Governor.
