Description

Discover what makes a landscape picturesque and what that means. 200 years ago, Sir William Paxton created a picturesque landscape within his estate at Middleton Hall, and the Regency Restoration Project has restored this landscape. The poster hangs within our Discovery Space within the Great Glasshouse at the National Botanic Garden of Wales, which sits upon Paxton's historic landscape.
