Description

Henry Vincent was the editor of the Chartist newspaper the Western Vindicator. He was sent by the London Working Men’s Association to promote Chartism in Monmouthshire. Vincent was arrested on 7th May 1838 and charged with sedition and conspiring to disturb the peace.
