This photo was sent to us by Peter Mayall who said: "Main A438 over the River Wye near Hay on Wye. On May Bank Holiday Monday evening during what should’ve been Hay Literary Festival week.
Usually one of the busiest days of the year.
It was possible to walk the entire length of the bridge with out seeing a single vehicle or another human being!"
