Kath Rodgers shared a positive poster every day during the COVID 19 lockdown on her Instagram, @the_positiveposter.
This poster was captioned: "I know it's hard but we all want it to be over as quickly as possible. My heart goes out to all the Key Workers taking a risk every day that they have to leave the safety of their own home!

Why not treat today as 'That Monday' where you didn't want to go to work, you were happy to shut the world out, the day you wanted to keep your children home to hold them all day and keep them safe, the Monday after the best weekend where you didn't want it to end, you didn't want to come back down to reality.

Treat it like the dog is in charge! Think of all the days you waved to him, patted him on the head and said: "see you later buddy, look after the house!"....well just stay home, stay home because Barney asked you too!"
