Kath Rodgers shared a positive poster every day during the COVID 19 lockdown on her Instagram, @the_positiveposter.
This poster was captioned: "Good Morning from sunny Miskin!! Henry it's all about you buddy! On what would have been @londonmarathon day you will finish your own marathon! I can't keep up with your fundraising total because it's just flying up...cant wait to hear you on @bbc5live this morning! We're all set for your 10am start, hope you are too. These posters usually take about an hour from start to finish but I've worked on this one every day of your challenge Henry, just trying to get it right. "
