Planning discussions for the future of the Welsh Association of the Pacific Northwest

Description

"In 1999-2000 a committee was set up within the Welsh Association of the Pacific Northwest to plan the future structure and activities of the organisation. Whilst for the first several years the annual event was successfully held around the region in 1998 and 1997 they were becoming less attended and it became more difficult to find a local hosting group. These documents describe the outcomes of these deliberations and present a series of changes . Regrettably the society decided to fold after the Weekend held in Boise, Idaho in 2001. The documents detail recommendations, summaries and the constitution under discussion.
