Subjects to be debated that season included: Nov. 4th - That the possession of a sense of humour is a handicap to success. Oct 14th - That Tariffs, Pacts and Pools are made, not for men, but fools. Feb 17th - That the tendency of modern art is decadent. Mar 3rd - That the philosophies of Fascism and Communism are fatalistic. March 10th - That the entry of woman into the professions has been at the exploitation of man.
