Bernard is 97 and has many memories which he enjoys sharing. He loved his father and admired his devotion to the Catholic Church. They attended St Joseph's in Green Hill, Swansea. Bernard was an altar boy until his mid 80s.
He was in Scotland in WWII, in a supply base outside Glasgow.
